Pressure=force/area

Here force=30N

Area=60cm2

60cm²

= 60 ÷ 10000

= 0.006m²

Pressure= 30/0.006

=5000pa

Force = 30N, Area = 60cm²

First, we need to change the area from cm² to m².

60cm²

= 60 ÷ 10000

= 0.006m²

Then, use the formula Pressure = Force ÷ Area to find the answer.

30N ÷ 0.006m² = 5000N/m²

Therefore the pressure exerted on the floor is 5000N/m².
