where Q2 is the median and 

Q1&Q3 are the lower and upper quartiles respectively.

Skb=(Q3−Q2)+(Q2−Q1)(Q3−Q2)−(Q2−Q1)

⇒Skb=90+12090−120

⇒Skb=210−30

⇒Skb=−0.142

So, it is a negatively skewed distribution.
