geostationary satellite has the same orbit period as earth's rotation speed
that's why its called geostationary
If we can view such satellite from earth then we will see at the same location always.
So it is immaterial that at what height satellite is ,
but speed of satellites at more height will be more as it has to cover more distance in same time period.
