Let the marks of B be x

A be x+30% of x

According to question:-

x+30x/100

=130 x/100

=13x/10

Difference=13x/10-x

=3/10

If A marks is x then B's marks

 =  \frac{3}{10}  \div  \frac{13}{10}  \times 100

 =  \frac{3}{10}  \times  \frac{10}{13}  \times 100

 =  \frac{300}{13}

 = 23  \frac{1}{13}  \:  \: percent
