Coming to the point , a girl born in a leap year on 29th February should apparently have her first birthday after four year of her birth but in case of birth four year before a century year not divisible by 400, on 29th February, the coming century year would not be a leap year so, no 29th February and the girl would have to wait for another four years to celebrate her first birthday.
