Answer:

It would live longer in light.

Explanation:

It would live longer in light. Because plant needs light as a necessary component for photosynthesis. In darkness the plant cannot perform photosynthesis and will not live longer in darkness.

Answer:

Since the plant under observation is green it doesn't lack chlorophyll, and it is placed in air full of O². Chlorophyll and oxygen are utmost important for a plant to conduct photosynthesis and live longer.

But, th plant is kept in dark, which means no light and since photosynthesis can not take place without light the plant will not live longer.

If the same plant is kept in light it will be noticed that the plant lives longer.
