if a > 0, p,q are Positive numbers, q ≥ 2 then
 {a}^{ \frac{p}{q} }  =  \sqrt[q]{ {a}^{p} }
Solve :-
 {4}^{ \frac{2}{3} }
 {27}^{ \frac{2}{3} }
 {32}^{ \frac{2}{5} }
