Here, after increasing A by 15% ,
New value = A + 15A/100 = 115A/100.

Now, A^2 = 115A/100 * 115A/100
= 23*23 A^2/400.
So, Difference = 529A^2 /400 - A^2 = 129A^2 /400.
% Increase = (129A^2 /400) *100 / A^2
= 129/4
= 32.25
Or ,
there is a shortcut for this
Increased percentage of A^2 when A is increased by 15% = 15+15+15*15/100
= 30 + 225/100 = 30 + 2.25 = 32.25
