The required percentage is 19.04762%.

Step-by-step explanation:

Consider the provided information.

Let C is 100.

B is 30% less than C.

That means the value of B is 70.

It is given that A is 20% more than B.

Therefore,

A = 70+\frac{20}{100}\times 70

A = 70+14

A = 84

That means the value of A is 84.

Now we need to find by what percent C is greater than A.

\%=\frac{100-84}{84}\times100\approx19.04762

Hence, the required percentage is 19.04762%.
