A is a set of first 10 natural numbers

A = { 1 , 2 ,3  , 4 ,5 , 6 , 7 ,8 , 9 , 10 }

n(A) = 10

subsets of A   with 0  elements   = ¹⁰C₀

subsets of A   with 1  elements   = ¹⁰C₁

subsets of A   with 2  elements   = ¹⁰C₂

subsets of A   with 9  elements   = ¹⁰C₉

subsets of A   with 10  elements   = ¹⁰C₁₀

Total Subsets

=  ¹⁰C₀ + ¹⁰C₁ + ¹⁰C₂ + ......................+ ¹⁰C₉ + ¹⁰C₁₀

= (1  + 1)¹⁰

= 2¹⁰

= 1024

SOLUTION:- A= {1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10}

n(A) = 10.

To find subsets of A , we use formula

2^n ,where n= number of element of given set.

So, number of subset of set A = 2^10

= 1024

Therefore option (B) 1024 is correct.
