A+20 = B
B-50 = c
So A to C
as B = A+20
A+20-50 =C ( putting B= A+20)
A-30 = C
A= C+30
Hope it help

let a be x percent
and b be y percent
and b be z percent
therefore,
x +20 = y.....(1)
y-50 = z
substituting the value of y from eqn 1 we get
x + 20 -50 = z
z = x - 30
hence when a is decreased by 30 is equals to c
