If a larger integer is 2 more than 4 times another integer and their difference is 32, find the integers.
ii) One integer is 30 more than another integer. If the difference between the larger and twice the
smaller is 8. find the integers.​

x = 2+4y. &

x-y = 32. ;. x = 32 + y

then ,

32 + y = 2 + 4y

32-2 = 3y

30 = 3y

y = 10 & x = 42

x = 30 + y

x - 2y = 8. , x = 8 + 2y

then ,

8 +2y = 30 + y

2y - y = 30 - 8

y = 22. &. x = 52
