leap year has complete 52 weeks . Remaining 2 day can be any two days of week . probability = no of Tuesday in week / no of days in week . = 1/7

A leap year has 52 full weeks and 2 extra days. These two extra days can be (sun, mon), (mon, tue), (tue, wed), (wed, thur), (thur, fri), (fri, sat) and (sat, sun). Out if these 7 cances, there are two chances for tuesdays.
So the probability is 2/7
