suppose diagonal.as the hypotenuse ,
and side( A) and both the side equal..
now ,

side^2 + Side ^2 = (4√2)^2
a^2 + a^2 = 32
2a^2= 32
a^2 = 16
therefore
a = 4

According to given sum,

Diagnol of a square will be in the form of

=>s \sqrt{2}

=> s \sqrt{2} = 4 \sqrt{2}

s = 4

Hence it's side is 4units
