= 2nd term.

so b = 12.

Mean = Ex/N

= (a + b + 2a) / 3 = 15

Taking LHS denominator (3) to RHS,we get,

3a + 12 = 15 * 3

3a + 12 = 45

3a = 45-12

3a = 33

a = 33/3

a=11
