45 kg is roughly 16% the weight of that object on the surface of the earth.
So roughly 270 kg.
Update: oh sorry I just noticed I had that backwards. That is if the person was 45kg on the surface of the moon.
if we work in reverse, we are looking at roughly 7.5 kg in weight if an astronaut were to try and bench press it. =)
You can obviously see the appeal to low gravity mining and ship construction.
At 16%, an astronaut can bench press a 2 ton vehicle.
