Well-educated, slender, and attractive, Julie seems to have it all. She has a PhD, an interesting career, and good friends. So everything's great, right?

Not exactly. Julie also has diabetes. And while she loves her job, she feels anxious about running a business. She often gets angry at herself, and snaps at others for small mistakes. Even scarier, despite careful monitoring of her blood sugar, she finds herself in a coma once or twice a month. What's going on?

It turns out that despite Julie generally healthy habits, her anxiety prevents her from paying attention to the cues her body gives her when her blood sugar is too low.

Answer:

Believing in urself and loving urself is good. But, i dont think i agree with this statement "if the person has made up his mind to live, illness cannot take him." It differs from person to person. making up ur mind cannot help u become healthy. Its about being emotionally stable.

Like if you eat harmful things but u think illness cannot take you becuz ur strong then u are totally wrong. Mind do effect our body but it is also the thing about your daily habits. Know what you are doing wrong, spend time with your family, be happy, spread happiness and keep a big bright smile on your face and die without any regrets.

( Sorry if i went too far hahah)
