velicity =2.8m/s

Explanation:

i) Since the man is running around circular track and he runs 2 and 1/2 round he reaches just opposite to the starting point.

diaplacement =shortest distance between initial and final point.

so as he is opposite.

displacement =2×radius=2×14=28m

ii) Now we have displacement=28m

total time=10sec.

so,

velocity=displacement/time

v=28/10

v=2.8 m/s
