hi mate
here is your answer
DUE TO FORCE AND LAWS OF MOTION
WHEN A MAN JUMPS OUT FROM A BOAT,HE PRESSES THE BOAT WITH HIS FEET (ACTION,)AND THE BOAT ALSO EXERTS EQUAL FOR ON HIM (REACTION ) .
I hope it will help you.

Hlo mate...
EVERY ACTION HAS AN EQUAL AND OPPOSITE REACTION...
Newton's 3rd law of motion..
so,
when we apply a force in foreward direction then a force in opposite direction is also applied in backward direction due to which boat moves backward when we jump forward.
I HOPE IT IS HELPFUL
