Step-by-step explanation:

change 5 m into h , we get 0.25 hr

S=D/T

D=S×T

D=15 km/h×0.25h

D=3.75km

or

3.75×1000m

3750 m

Solution :-

Given : A man running at 15 kmph.

Time taken to cross the bridge = 5 minutes.

1 hour = 60 minutes = 15 km

1 minutes = 15/60 = 1/4 km

Formula used :

Distance = Speed × Time

= 1/4 × 5

= 5/4 km

Now,

1 km = 1000 m

5/4 km = (1000 × 5)/4 = 1250 m

Hence,

The length of the bridge = 1250 m
