therefore speed of man will be 35/720 km/hr
in Saudi Arabia,
60% of his speed is reduced=$\frac{60}{100} x\frac{35}{720}$
                                         =.03 km/hr
therefore speed of man will be=35/720 - .03
                                           =.02 km/hr
now the distance covered by man in 10 years that is in 86400 hrs=.02 x 86400
                                                                                              =1728 kms

therefore 1728 km =68031496.06272 inches ans............
