  {\huge{\boxed{\sf{\orange{Answer}}}}}

C.P = S.P × 100/(100 - loss)

= 700×100/100-20

= 70000/80

= 875 rs

 {\huge{\boxed{\textit{\red{C.P of the watch is 875rs}}}}}

To get a profit of 20 %

S.P = C.P × (100+ profit) /100

= 875 × 120 / 100

= 1050 rs

So, if he wants profit he must sell it 1050rs for 20% profit
