Given:-

  • If a mass of a body is 10kg and it’s momentum is 50 kg .m/s.

To find:-

  • The velocity of the body.

Solution:-

★ Momentum is the product of mass x velocity for a body. So, if you know the momentum and the mass, just divide!

According to the question,

We know that,

→ P = Mass × Velocity

→ Velocity = p/m

→ Velocity = 50/10

Velocity = 5 m/s

Hence,

  • the velocity of the body is 5 m/s.
