if a mixture contain sugar,oil and cheese in ratio 5:3:1 and you have 6 kg of oil,4 kg of sugar and 2kg of cheese then what is the maximum amount of mixture u can make?

Sugar : oil : cheese ::: 5: 3: 1

Let say Sugar = 5k

then Oil = 3k

then Cheese = k

now we have

Sugar = 4kg

Oil = 6kg

Cheese = 2kg

We can not use Cheese 2kg  as then we need  10 kg sugar

but we have 4 kg sugar

Sugar = 4kg

=> 4kg = 5k

=> k = 4/5

Oil = 3k = 3*4/5 = 2.4 kg

Cheese = k = 4/5 = 0.8 kg

Mixture = 4 + 2.4 + 0.8 = 7.2 kg
