x +10%of x

= x+10/100×x

= x+ 10x/100
x +  \frac{10x}{100}  - ( \frac{10}{100}  \times x +  \frac{10x}{100} )

x +  \frac{10x}{100}  -  \frac{10x}{100}  -  \frac{100x}{10000}

x +  \frac{x}{10}  -  \frac{x}{10} -  \frac{x}{100}
 = x  -  \frac{x}{100}
 \frac{100x - x}{100}
 =  \frac{99x}{100}  = 0.99x
there is decrease in the net ...

so x-0.99x
=0.01x.

so net decrease %= 0.01x/x ×100

 \frac{0.01x}{x}  \times 100
= 0.01×100= 1 % ...

answer = 1%...

it's best answer and correct also.
I'm sure please mark it as brainlist...
