If a number is divisible by both 2 and 3 , then it is divisible by 6.

▪︎ For a number to be divisible by 2 , the digit in unit's place must be any of these numbers -0,2,4,6,8.

For example : 268 is divisible by 2 .The number in unit's place here is 8. Thus it would be divisible by 2.

▪︎For a number to be divisible by 3 , add all the digits and if their sum is divisible by 3 , the whole number would be divisible by 3.

Example : 243

2+4+3 = 9

9 is divisible by 3 .

Thus the whole number would be divisible by 3.

Hope this helps !
