if a number is divisible by 3 ,will it also divisible by 9 ?

the answer is SOMETIMES ONLY NOT ALLL THE TIME.

eg.. 15 it is divisible by 3 but not by 9

a number which is divisible by 9 is definitely divisible by 3 as 9 is a multiple Of 3
but a number which is divisible by 3 need not be divisible by 9 always
for eg 3,24 these are divisible by 3 but not by 9
