if a number X is 10% less than another number y and y is 10 % more than 125 then find X

please help me to find the answer .. I need your help .. please do this with full details ​

y = 125 + 12.5

y = 137.5

Number X is 10 % less than number y

x = y - 10%

x = 137.5 - (137.5*10%)

x = 137.5 - 13.75
