To find the centre,

It is the mid point of the circle

mid-point formula : x2 +x1 / 2 , y2 +y1 / 2

4+2/2 , -1+3/2

6/2 , 2/2

(3,1) is the centre of the circle

RashidArshad: wrong
benjohnson: oops
RashidArshad: formula is wrong
RashidArshad: answer is (3,1)
benjohnson: Thankyou @RashidArshad

let O be the centre
if AB is the diameter of a circle then its centre is its midpoint also.
let O be (x,y)
x=
x1 + x2 \div 2
y=
y1 + y2 \div 2
so,,x=2+4/2=6/2=3
and,,y=3+(-1)/2=3-1/2=2/2=1
so centre O is (3,1)

HOPE IT IS HELPFUL:)
