So, one serving should technically be 80g, however, as an Italian I’ve never heard of anyone who actually only eats 80g.. Maybe in restaurants were servings are smaller.. but at home never.

We usually make 100g at least per person. A family of 4 will usually make the whole 500g pack.

That will make for 4 slightly bigger- but not huge- servings.

This is because most of the time we don’t do the full 5 course meal! we only have that many courses on special occasions or weekends.
