if A parallel to B and angle BAE = 110° DCE = 120°, ABC =x find the value of x.​

AB||CD(given)

extend BA to intersect EC at F

Now, BF||CD

angle AFE=angle DCF (corresponding angle)

Now, angle BAE+ABC=180°

110°+ABC=180°

ABC=180°-110°=70°

In triangle DCF, by angle sum property,

angle DCF+ABC+BAE

120°+ABC+110°=180°

ABC°=230°-180°=50°

angle ABC=BAE

50°
