The cyclist will take 4 hrs with a speed of 4.5 km per hour to take 4 rounds of the park.

Step-by-step explanation:

Dimensions of the park:

Length, L = 1500 m = 1.5 km

Breadth, B = 750 m = 0.75 km

Since the cyclist is taking rounds of the park so in order to find the distance covered in 1 round we have to find the perimeter of the park.

The perimeter of the park is given by,

= 2* [L+B]

= 2 * [1.5 + 0.75]

= 2 * 2.25

= 4.5 kmdistance covered by the cyclist in 1 round

The total distance covered by the cyclist in taking 4 rounds of the park, = 4 * 4.5

= 18 km.

The speed of the cyclist is given as 4.5 km/hr

Thus,

The time taken by the cyclist to cover a distance of 18 km with a speed of 4.5 km/hr is,

= Distance/Speed

= 18/4.5

= 4 hrs
