If a particle completes one round around a circular track in 60 seconds. Considering that the radius of the track is 420 m and particle is moving with constant speed, calculate:
1. Distance and displacement after 60 seconds.

2. Distance and displacement after 15 seconds.

3. The speed of the object.

Answer:

Explanation:

(1)distance of circular park =2*22/7*420m  so distance after 60s is 2640m

                                            =2*1320

                                            =2640m

Displacement is defined as the change in position of an object

displacement=0m

(2) distance after 15 s =2640m/4=660m   displacement after 15s=660m

(3)speed=660m/15s or 2640m/60s

=44m/s
