By formula v=u+at. dont know u and t , it maybe infinite and a =9.8 m/s^2 so v will depend on infinite ...

hey!!
______

Let us consider m is the mass of the body, and M is the mass earth. Now at infinity the potential energy of the body is zero. At earth surface the potential energy of the body is . Now change in the potential energy is . This energy will be stored as kinetic energy of the body. Now if v is the velocity of the body then we have

Which is equal to escape velocity ve.
Viswanath.k answered this
The velocity of body should be 11.2km/s. the same as the escape velocity.

If a body is projected with a speed of 11.2 km/s from earth, it just escapes the gravity of earth and its velocity becomes 0.

Now when the particle falls from the same point which can be considered to be at infinity if we neglect the effects of all nearby planet and stars) it must attain a velocity equal to ve when it reaches the surface of earth due to energy conservation reasons.

hope help u!!
