If a particle has velocity -10m/ s and acceleration is -2 m/s then what will be its velocity after 1 sec?

initial velocity- (-10m/s)

final velocity- 0

acceleration - (-2m/s)

time - 1 second

v=u+at

0=(-10)+(-2)(1)

0=(-8)

v=(-8)
