If a particle is moving in a uniform magnetic field, then B. it's momentum changes but, the total energy remains the same.

1. In a magnetic field with a uniform field, a charged particle moves on a circular path. The force applied to the charged particle is always perpendicular to the speed. Due to this, the work done is zero.

2. However, there is a change in velocity of the charged particle on the circular path and due to this, the momentum changes. The charged particle does not gain any energy.
