if a person buys from the hawkers do they(the person who bought the goods from the hawkers) come under the consumer protection act?​

It's comes under consumer protection act but the hawker's stall isn't an organiesd one ( he can't gives you Bill , not any grantee or warranty card , SOMETIMES IF YOU CAME NEXT DAY WITH ANY PRODUCT ISSUE MAY BE HE WILL NOT REMEMBER YOU AT ALL .....XD )

So the organised procedure must be there for any future problems and claims.
