If a person do not have both its hands and legs then how will the body prepare rbc in absence of bone marrow

Bone marrow is present in each and every bone of a living creature. When a person without hands or legs needs bone marrow,his other bones produce them. RBC are formed from bone marrow and are destroyed in spleen.
