if a person is a king, why is he to be pitied?

if a person is a king then he has to be pitied as he has the burden of his empire and family. he has to look after each and every condition and perform accordingly that create stress and pitiness of being a king , eventhough he is a king and can affort everything but he is a king for his citizen on whom he as some responsibility.
