if a person travel 2/15part, 9/20part and 10 km, so in total how much distance travel by that person?....... ans is 24km but how??

Let's say the distance is
$x$
So
$\frac{2x}{15} + \frac{9x}{20} + 10 = x$
So, LCM of 15 and 20 is 60. The equation transforms to

$\frac{8x}{60} + \frac{27x}{60} + 10 = x$
or
$10 = \frac{25x}{60}$
So
$x = 24$
