If a plane crashes on the border between the United States and Canada, where do they bury the survivors?​

but still survivors will not be buried . they are living human beings . they will be sent to their respective counties as per International convention .

or the survivors might be taken into custody as hostages or POW - prisoners of war. the dead bodies in identifiable condition will be handed over to their respective countries .
