Say, PQ length is l.
PR length is x.
RQ length is y.
Given, PR = QR. That means x = y.
And PQ = PR + RQ.
=> l = x + x
=> l = 2*x
=> x = 1/2(l)
or PR = 1/2(PQ)
Hence proved.
