IF a polynomial x4 -6x3+16x2-25x+10 is divided by the x2-2x+k , the remainder is x+a then find the value of a & k.

First we’ll divide it by the quotient then compare remainder given and remainder found on dividing it





The value of coefficient of x is 1
Therefore 1+a=(-9+2k)
