If a population of red beetles, living on green bushes, is being eaten by crows. during sexual reproduction, a green beetle is found in progeny : (a) what is the future of new trait ? (b) will it survive in the new habitat ?

Explanation:

a) If the red beetles living on the green bushes then they are eaten by the cows as they are visible on the grass properly. But after the sexual reproduction if the green color beetle is found in the new trait then the new green colour beetles will be found in future in large numbers.  

b) As the new beetles are green in color so they are not visible in the green grass. This is the reason that the new progeny of the green color beetles can survive.
