Decrease = Rs 80 - Rs 60 = Rs 20
Percentage decrease = (Decreased amount / Original amount) *  100
           = 20 / 80  * 100  = 25 %

Answer:

 Decrease\: percentage =25\%

Step-by-step explanation:

Original price of the shirt = Rs 80

After decrease price of shirt = Rs 60

Decrease amount (d)= Original price - decreased price

= Rs 80 - Rs 60

= Rs 20

 Decrease\: percentage=\frac{d}{Original\:price} \times 100\\=\frac{20}{80}\times 100\\=25\%

Therefore,

 Decrease\: percentage =25\%
