Let A be the event of winning a game.

Let A bar be the event of losing the game.

p(A) + P(A bar) = 1

0.72 + P(A bar) = 1

P(A bar) = 1 – 0.72

P(A bar) = 0.28

here instead of p you can write probability to show the answer in full form or otherwise do as it is

hope it helps
