yes if a property is for rational numbers it is also for integers.

for eg

commutative property

a+b=b+a

if it is a integer for eg

a=2, b=-4

so a+b =-2

b+a=-2

if it is a rational number a=1/2

b=1/2

so a+b=1

b+a=1
