The light ray strikes the mirror normally ie at 90 degrees. The incident ray and reflected ray are both perpendicular to the surface of mirror along the normal to the mirror and are along the same path. Therefore both incident ray and reflected ray are at 0 degrees.

if the incident ray is perpendicular then the angle of incidence is 90° and we know that according to law of reflection : the angle of incidence= angle of reflection . that's why reflection angle = incidence angle =90° ....hope it helps
