((56+3,5)2) pi m - ((56)2) pi m = 2616 m2, where 56 m is the radius of a 352 m circumference circle, give or take. You can approximate by doing (352+7 pi) x 7 = 2617 m2, give or take. First is done by substracting the areas of the inner and outer road sides circles, second is circumference of the road’s center line circle by road width. You can approach to any numbers of decimals you want.

2πr=352
r=171/1=28cm
,
R=28+7=35cm
area of road=πR²-πr²
=π(R2-r2)
=π(1225-784)
=22/7*441
1386m²
