First of all you put the root of the equation then 2 *3² - 3*3 + p= 0

18 - 9 + p=0 then

P = -9

And other root are 2x²-3x- 9= 0

(put the value of p in equation)

2x²-6x+3x-9=0

2x(x-3)+3(x-3)=0

(2x+3) (x-3)=0

Hence other root are x= - 3/2,3
